I'm 5'4", 149lbs, I ordered the size M based on reviews, but I am thick in the middle, and these seem just a tad tight in the waist. I like a little looser in the waist for tucking in shirts. I have now ordered a size Large in the hopes that it's a good fit as these are super cute, and I have to say for an Amazon pant, these seem really well made. Surprised me. They do hit right above the ankle. If I did not mind a tight fit these would be perfect. I'll decide after I try on the size L which one I will keep. UPDATE: Size "L" arrived, and because I do not like anything tight on my waist I will keep the size "L" they are really cute, hit right above the ankle so look really cute with my blundstone boots, as well as my Birkenstock shoes. I am going to wash and dry and hope they shrink some, since they are a size "L" they are comfortable around my waist, but a little full in the hips. Can't say enough about these jeans. I've worn them several times and get compliments everywhere I go. They are slightly short (I am 5 3 , 110) and cropped a bit, with the nice barrel shape (not too baggy, though!) I have smaller hips and they fit perfectly (teen fit). High quality. Super-comfortable. I really like these. They are a very good FP dupe. I got the green/floral ones. I often like the Amazon versions as well as or better than the name brand. Im fairly certain the are made in the same factory,! Of course. I’m kind of a fashion snob and to me these look high quality and expensive. They are priced a bit above Amazon’s typical price for jeans but are well worth it and they are a fraction of the prices FP charges! I’m 5’4” 105#, for reference. I initially bought the XS but even though the fabric is quite stretchy, they were too small on me. You might want to size up. The material is the perfect blend of cotton and spandex. Soft but with structure. They have that barrel silhouette as described. I usually wear a 25 or 26 in jeans. I returned them and exchanged them for a size small. They are way better. Oversized, even baggy. I’m probably between sizes but I prefer the bigger ones. The small fits me like the picture. They come just to my ankles. The waist is pretty high. Hits me at the navel,.,Perfect to wear with something cropped. I think the pattern is really cute. They look good with black and with denim as they are styled in the description. I think they are 𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 flattering. They make my bum look cute, and that’s mostly what I’m looking for in a pair of jeans lol. I bought these not knowing if I was gonna like them. I thought maybe they were gonna be a little cheap and cheesy. They are not. The fabric is definitely like a denim. But it’s soft and they fit really great. So if you’re looking for a fun pant, this is it.

These pants are cute and they fit true to size. The material is good quality. The one thing that is unpleasant about them is the smell. They have a very chemical smell that has not yet come out, even after washing. I don’t recommend a purchase if you are sensitive to scent at all.
