This shelf is made from nice-looking, very lightweight wood that is soft enough for you to push the included screws in by hand (though I'd recommend using a screwdriver to reduce the risk of stripping the holes). Assembling the shelf was easy, but installing it was a little trickier. I ended up using a more heavy-duty drywall anchor, as those included with the shelf pulled out of the wall a few weeks after installation. This seems to be a problem with the drywall in my home and don't hold it against the shelf manufacturer. Since changing the anchors, the shelf has stayed perfectly in place. I use this shelf for dog walking supplies near my door. It's just the right size for a roll of poop bags, paw cleaning wipes, and a brush to sit on. I hang a couple of leashes from the S hooks, as well. I also purchased a set of 3 smaller shelves from the same manufacturer for my entrance way and they have all been great as well. ... show more

EDIT: Company reached out and apologized for the missing parts and refunded me fully for my purchase. Would 100% buy from again. Decent shelf that can be very versatile. Mine came without the installation hardware or hooks which was super frustrating.

Bought this for our bathroom to hang our towels where my child could reach as well (8 year old). Pros: the hooks can be moved around to where ever you need them, it doesn't stick out too much from wall the wall where you hit it or walk into it, the white is bright and looks nice. Cons: the directions do not tell you where to put the outside metal pieces, I followed the steps and then discovered the bar would not fit across because it was spaced out to far so I have extra holes underneath, the bar is not painted white so it clashes, the metal and the screws are also different colors so they do not match as well either, the metal is also way more copper color with a sparkle/glitter in it and the pictures do not show that very well ... show more
