My screen is farther away than when I'm reading a book/Kindle, so chose the 1.5 lense strength to work on my computer. I wanted blue light protection. I dipped the back of these glasses in hot water to make them pliable, then bent the frames to fit my ears. After doing this a couple of times, the frames fit great and they are much lighter than plastic frames. I used these all day, every day and they do not tire my eyes. I highly recommend these glasses to anyone who needs reading glasses only. They work great!
