Came in a manufacturing box. Was solid out of the wrapper. Surprisingly this bat hits better than cat9 USssa. My son is middle school ages and on the smaller size. He was hitting into the outfield easily. A little choke up is all that was needed. No dents or scratches after first practice with it.
