I'm still trying to figure out how to use this for myself with the right dilution per spray, but I'm already liking the firm-but-loose feel that this spritz gives. I'm a man who loves getting my hair set (either in a salon or at home) and this setting lotion works very well. Roll up the hair and under the dryer for about 45 minutes and VOILA!! Great hair set!!

I LOVE this product and my hair is FINALLY holding a curl!!! For a gal with super fine hair, I could never attain curl or any volume to speak of. My hair always fell flat after time and effort styling. Now, I spritz or hand comb in some Lotta Body, style with curler or curling brush, and my style actually stays in all day. I leave my office with my hair looking as good as when I came in. Even my husband has noticed and commented on how good it looks. For my fellow Americans, note that "lotion" in Britain is not actually the lotion we are used to. This product is a liquid, not a lotion. The product I am reviewing is also the concentrate so when it arrives, you will need to dilute with some water (instructions on bottle) so be sure to have a small spray bottle available so you can be ready to get styling! ... show more

    • Doesn't hold as well as I thought
Use this for setting damp hair in curlers. The curls only lasted about 1 day, completely brushed out when I took my hair down, so I have to wet and re-set my hair every day.

I previously purchased this product in a beauty supply store. I decided to check to see if Amazon carried it. I was very pleased to find this excellent product at a good price. I will be buying it here from now on.

    • Didn’t hold long hair
I have hair down to middle of back and used setting lotion with foam curlers overnight. Did not hold curls more than an hour. Typically my set curled hair would last 2-3 days without product in it.
