I am very hard on eyeglasses. I need the kind that Marines wear into combat. Soldiers say they are the ultimate form of birth control. But I digress. I like the look, the hinge springs work nicely, and I use them all the time because I’m constantly changing position from hanging around my neck to on my nose. I am a bit concerned about the lenses staying in the frames. I clean them using camera lens cleaner and Kim wipes. One of the lenses seems to move a little. A bit of a concern since I purchased them on November 1, 2022. The cost of the product was not a factor for me durability is. I could not find strong frames with good lenses that would fit me. These fit like a dream.

I like the frame and lens but I ordered them thinking I could see distance and be able to wear them all the time. They are too expensive for just readers even though they are very comfortable and look good. I may have to send them back.

I agree with other reviews. I was also under the impression these glasses would let me read and see distance clear. It does not. These are strictly for reading only. They are nice and seem great, but don't all mew readers seem great at first before you drop them a few times or grandkids get ahold of them, or you throw them in your car with no cover. The point is. These are pricey to just read. You can easily buy 5.99 glasses at a lot of stores before you get to this price. I feel like the ad dupes you into thinking These are dual purpose. They are not. I'll be sending them back.

I had a 3 pack of reading glasses I bought from Amazon several months before buying these. I did a search for reading glasses with glass lenses (maybe these don't actually exist) and these popped up. I thought they were cute and was looking for something strudier than I already had and that maybe wouldn't smudge so easily. These were not them. I considered maybe I just needed to get used to them. I liked the style. But they're pretty terrible. The frames are a pliable/plastic/rubber feel and they constantly slip off my head. The lenses are more smudgy and more impossible to keep clean than the less expensive ones I have. Overall terrible, overpriced purchase. Gave it 2 stars though because I do like the look.
