The boots are cute. BUT! There are some real challenges with these boots. They run a tad small and are very tight if you have high arches (good luck zipping them over your foot bones - ouch!). I have a medium width foot and moderately high arches; these boots squeeze my feet like crazy especially across the top. Order a 1/2 size up from your normal size if you're a high-archer. They also have no give to them in the ankle. With every step, the boots dig into the front of my ankle instead of flexing with my steps like most boots do. Before I bought the boots, I saw that many people mentioned that the soles of the boots are slippery. This is no joke. I bought some non-skid pads and they help tremendously. Finally, the boots have zero foot support. These boots are NOT made for walking. Your feet are going to hurt if you walk any real distance in them. I'm going to keep the boots, but they are definitely a wear-to-work-and-sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of footwear: Meant to be seen and slipped off when no one is looking.
