I love these boots! First of all, they are very comfortable. I’m a teacher, so I’m on my feet most of the day, and my feet do not ache at the end of the day. Also, they hug my calves just right; they’re not too tight, or loose. They keep my feet and legs warm, but not sweaty. I live in Texas, so it hasn’t gotten below 40 during the day as of yet. Second, they seem to be constructed well. The legs aren’t flimsy and floppy like some boots I’ve had. They retain their form well. I haven’t had any issues with the construction; I’ve had them for a few months now. I don’t wear them everyday; that might be why some people have had issues. Who knows. Finally, I always get compliments when I wear them. I wear mine with jeans; you could easily wear them with the right skirt or dress. I’m really pleased with this purchase. These are cute, but they are absolutely not a wide calf boot. I think it is even more narrow than a regular boot. False advertising and very disappointing. Will be returning asap.

Boots are very pretty, comfortable and sizing was spot on. However, quality is poor. Wore them for 30 minutes and the toe scuffed. Disappointed.

It’s hard to rate a perfect score with me, but I love these boots! Perfect fit and very comfortable. I’m writing so soon after purchase, so can’t give them 5 stars until I know the quality will last, but very happy with them.

The boots are a perfect fit. The wider width for my calves is a little roomy. My calves are not too small or too big. They are extremely comfortable to walk in.

I have ordered these 4 times now-- one pair of brown and one pair of black to start a couple years ago, and then have replaced the black twice now because I wear the heck out of them and tend to be very hard on them. They each lasted about a year which isn't bad for what I put them through. The brown pair still looks great because I simply don't wear brown as much. Anyway, this pair I just received is a very shiny finish, closer to a patent leather than the previous two black pairs I received, which were more... dull, for lack of a better description. Well, I liked the duller finish and was very disappointed in the shininess of this pair. I checked to be sure I ordered the exact same thing, assuming that I made a mistake, but I absolutely did order correctly. So I'm really disappointed that the product has changed. The fit is just right and I have not found others I have liked as much for the price, but I'm honestly debating returning them for a refund. ... show more
