I originally had issues with this backpack. The zipper broke and the handle started to come apart after a short time, so I was really disappointed at first. However, the seller reached out to me, apologized, and offered a full refund without any hassle. While the backpack itself didn’t work out for me, I really appreciate the seller taking responsibility and making things right.
