At first I realized the extra zipper pouch on the inside has no way to stop zipper from opening so I used the cheap lock to lock zipper together. First day of use it broke. I read reviews saying the zippers suck I'm afraid they will all break in time. Now that zipper is broke it make organizing very difficult. When I get back to work truck I'll post broken zipper

Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend, this thing is heavy and heavy duty, im really glad I got this one. He's gonna love it! Update: Its now May, still going strong and he fits ALOT in it. His only complaint is space for all his bigger tools, its definitely not ment for like drills plus 100 little tools but he makes due! The tape thingy works great, and he has so many different attachments on the sides/clips. Like any backpack, when ALL of the pockets are being used it can be hard to fit stuff into some or close/work the zippers, so he has a few unused but everything he NEEDS he can fit!

I don't doubt this is a good bag. Just not something I expected. The rubber bottom on mine was very cheap-feeling. The adhesive or glue was messy, and it just felt as if the bag was sitting out in the Texas sun; it would crack. I have seen this bag before, and I was fine. I think mine was a dud. Also, the package it came in was beat up and torn, and the smell was a mix of factory and ammonia.

So far so good. I've only had it in my elements for a week now but it is doing what it should be doing. It's so much easier to haul around than the bag and bucket I was using. In my mind it was and is money well spent.

I originally had issues with this backpack. The zipper broke and the handle started to come apart after a short time, so I was really disappointed at first. However, the seller reached out to me, apologized, and offered a full refund without any hassle. While the backpack itself didn’t work out for me, I really appreciate the seller taking responsibility and making things right. Their customer service was fast and respectful, which honestly changed my impression. Because of how they handled the situation, I’m updating my review.
