    • Brought my iPhone 8 Plus back to life!
I've only had this wireless charger for a couple days but it has worked miracles on my iPhone 8 Plus. What I thought was a battery problem has turned out to be a problem with the charging port, which a new battery would not fix. At this point, wireless charging is my only option to keep this otherwise exceptionally well functioning iPhone in service without spending a couple hundred dollars to replace the charging port. I purchased the Apple MagSafe charger but it does not magnetically attach to this version of iPhone so it's hard to use. I'll save it for my new iPhone when that day comes. The Logitech charger, with its cradle, is working perfectly to bring my iPhone 8 to full charge and keep it there. Caveat, yes, I need to remove the silicone case to charge it. At this point, that is a very acceptable tradeoff given that the only other cost-effective and reliable option is to purchase a new phone. I'm headed in that direction anyway, to purchase a new phone, but this Logitech charger has certainly bought me a lot of time at a very reasonable price to figure out my options. ... show more

    • Just what I needed.
That’s just what I needed. My phone is old and it’s hard to get a regular charger to hook up. I just put my phone on the stand and it charges overnight with no problem.

    • Item is great, but…
Great device, but support is non-existent. The only instructions were a pictograph indicating you should put the 3 parts together and take a photo of the Qsquare provided which took me to Logitech’s site where I had to create an account and it repeatedly rejected my password creations. When I finally got that straightened out I found my product listing with various options like Manual, Getting Started Guide, FAQs, etc, every single one led to a page that said “There are no (things) available for this product”…the online AI helper got stuck in a loop of asking for the serial #, and when I pushed the “Help me find the serial #” button it only took me back to the “Hello, please input your serial number”… The charger works fine. ... show more

    • Charger stopped working after 7 weeks.
This charger failed to work after passing the return date. This is the second time I've tried one these chargers... I guess I'll give up, Amazon can't seem deliver a good product just some cheap look-a-like.

This charger is perfect for my iPhone. I like that it works great in either position, portrait or landscape. I can keep my phone on the charger while streaming a movie or tv show. I bought two of these chargers refurbished and the look and work just like brand new. The new cost was a little too expensive for me. But, these refurbished chargers are perfect.     • Great idea, but didn't work with a Otterbox Commuter case
This looked to be the perfect charger for my office desk, where I could see the screen and have the phone charging, as opposed to the lay flat charger I'm using. However, it would not work with my Otterbox Commuter case on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The case fit in the charger, though tightly, but it seems the thickness of the case around the edges of the phone might place the phone too high in the charger for the charging part of the phone to match the part of the charger that charges?
