i can't believe i didn't know about these sooner. as most other things i stumbled across them accidentally surfing for skillets. I use them to warm up leftovers or cook food in my toaster/convection oven and we each get our own server of food. one full server is as much as you should eat of anything but sometimes i'll use the other 2 to also cook side dishes. Of course they're hot from the oven but i have 2 cool hand towels i pull them out with and we hold them and eat. it's been awesome now that it's winter and i don't freak out when my fiance isn't quite ready to eat because the servers keep the food toasty for quite a long time without over cooking the food. it's a luxury to eat a hot meal all the way to the last bite and the final bonus is 2 less pots to clean since we cook and eat right out of the same cast iron server. also love knowing we're eating from something safe, i mean these things are the bomb. ... show more
