My bunny Leila had started to get sore hocks from our nylon carpet, and I was advised to lay down a bunch of foam rugs to pad her feet. I wanted to cover a large space, so I bought this area rug and crossed my fingers. The plan was to put this rug in my room (where the bun spends the night) and buy a more expensive cushy rug for the living room—but the second this rug arrived, I was addicted lol. I'm autistic and texture-sensitive, and (for me at least) this rug feels like a hug after a long day. It's soft and surprisingly durable (Leila likes to try and dig into it, but after months of work has only managed to make a few nicks). I was so into this rug that I returned the $300 rug I bought from Home Depot for the living room and bought another one of these to replace it. I spend my days off lounging/napping on it. I hope someday Loartee will make a "runner" version. (Both times I bought this rug, there was a factory smell at first. The fabric also took a few days to "heal" after being vacuum-sealed—but the smell faded after maybe three days or so, and the rug does fluff up.) ... show more

I don’t really ever leave reviews but as I’m sitting here watching my kids play on it I had to. This pad is awesome and so comfortable I could literally sleep on it. I actually find myself sitting on the floor instead of the couch sometimes bc it’s so comfortable lol My little one falls back a lot so I got it for her while she’s learning to sit up and crawl but I’m definitely going to keep it. The whole family sits here to play. I put another fleece blanket over it to protect it from spills even though a couple things did spill on it and very easily wiped up. Buy it.
