I just had this mirror installed today, by my electrician friend. The mirror is super easy to install; using the two mounting cleat brackets. After you hang the mirror, it can be easily slid from either side to make sure it is centered. I think the wall anchors and screws would be OK, but I opted to use very strong toggle drywall anchors, rated at 80lbs a piece just to be safe. I was not that particular about the brightness of the light, but it seems be adequate. My new vanity installed at t he same time give very sufficient lighting. I have not had a chance to test the anti-fogging feature yet. This was not my first choice, the delivery time of the first mirror got set back about 10 days, so I cancelled and ordered this one. Out with the old and in with the new! The old mirror was 36”x36” so we went with a 36”x48” new one to cover the light hole. What we didn’t anticipate, is the top LED strip is 4ft in the air and really doesn’t help light up your face when that far away. We upgraded our overhead lightning to make up for it. The mirror is crystal clear, lightning color temps are great, but the anti fog only does a little section of the middle of the mirror. It’s enough but disappointing. Will update on longevity of the lighting since that looks like the only bad reviews. The mirror hangs easily on 2 brackets and can slide left/right. We chopped off the plug and hardwired in, but you could also just plug it into a socket. No matter the usability, this mirror will sell houses by itself. ... show more

I love this mirror. It does everything I wanted it to do. The brightness is amazing. It has different levels as well. The mirror is a bit pricey but I love it anyways.
