Ordered this for my daughter to wear in Disneyland for her birthday and when we opened it up while there discovered the tail was sewn on backwards. Cute outfit but kind of ruined it for us.

There is absolutely nothing “ariel” about this outfit. My daughter was so excited and picked this outfit out because it had a charm of ariel on it and it arrived with absolutely nothing ariel. We purchased this for our niece as a birthday gift. It was very cute and she LOVED it, BUT it tore within 24hours of her opening it. It was able to be stitched, but that was of course disappointing . The price is reasonable though so I guess that all works out in the wash. I think if you've got the ability to stitch up things or have someone in mind who is very easy on what they wear, this could be a good option, but if the child you are looking for is pretty rough on things, you may want to consider that. I've not read the other reviews so it's possible that we just had a fluke incident and full disclosure, we did not contact the seller about the issue just because by the time I found out, it was already patched and my niece was already kind of disappointed , but before that, she was so happy. ... show more
