When i purchased my threadripper and TRX40 motherboard, there was a port ON the motherboard ( not the back side ), but no cable. So this piece was EXACTLY what i was looking for. It is an aftermarket piece that connects to my motherboard and supplies USB 3.2 2x2 20Gbs. Quest 2 Charge while Tethered

Bought for use with a Meta Quest 2 for VR to tether to my PC, this was able to charge the headset while maintaining highspeed data transfer for low latency, it should be stated that the battery level on the Q2 will drop to 82% i have yet to see whether it will go lower than that, but this is usually after 3hrs of flight sim. no other product i tried was able to achieve this. products included: pcie x4 usb cards, multitude of type A to C cables.
