So I can’t speak to the wash durability as I used Lysol and fluff cycle in dryer to avoid any early issues being the cost was awesome and it was obviously brand new… immediately when I CAREFULLY opened the air compressed packaging it FLUFFED right up! Like wow. It did not have any harsh smell just smelled new; a very light scent I can’t say exactly what it was but a brand new smell of something. It looks Beautiful on the bed. It is super soft and comfy. I prefer a warmer comforter but this is all season I believe and so if you are a hot sleeper this should be perfect as it does aerate. I purchased this about four years ago. I’m currently looking for a new one because I need a new duvet cover and decided I’m going to buy a new insert as well to get the cozy-fluffy look I wanted in the first place. After only a couple months this insert went completely flat. I haven’t been able to get it to fluff up again. It’s held up to my dog and three cats nicely. It has been protected by a duvet cover but there were times we went without for reasons and it still held up. But pet hair does stick to it really bad so I wouldn’t get this if you have fur babies, don’t want a cover for it, and want something you can just give a good shake before vacuuming. It isn’t really all seasons, as it is very warm (not a complaint, just an observation) and even warmer with a duvet cover on it. We just got the oversized king size inert for our bed. The item was well packaged, but it did have a chemically smell when first opened. We let it air out for a few ours and the small went away. This is a similar experience to most bedding/mattress shopping online. The inert has 8 loops on it which was a must for us to prevent it from getting all twisted in the duvet. I use this as a blanket during the winter, and it was very cold winter!! We got down to 0 this past winter!! Insane!! I just crawled under this and I doubled it up and stayed very toasty all winter long!!! Room temperature got down to 43 in my room but my body was warm!

We bought this comforter sometime in 2017-2018. Recently I’ve noticed it getting a pull here or there but nothing major. Just kind of bored of the color. I have enjoyed it so much I went to look at the same one but different colors… that’s when I realized how long we have been using this comforter! 5 years! I wash it normal, dry it low heat. I absolutely love this comforter! First let me say that I am very particular and picky about my bedding. So ordering online I really did not know what to expect. Once I got it out of the air sealed package it fluffed up right away. And I put it on my bed and it fits wonderfully. It is oversized. It is so soft and so plush. Also it is a great weight to it. It’s perfect for any time of year. I live in Louisiana it can get cold here in the winter and gets very warm in the summer. The comforter is so plushy and soft. I've been through a million comforters. I'm picky about the weight on me (I like a little weight) and not too hot, not too cold. I also need the stuffing not to clump together. The only ones I had found that I liked were Nautica, but I don't love their patterns, the price and the fact that the fabric has been ripping easily lately with the dogs nails. This comforter is warm and cozy and will give you a small amount of weight if you like it. It will probably be a little hot on summer nights but that's to be expected. Fabric is soft and suitable to use without a duvet cover. To be determined is if the stuffing will bunch up after washing and if it will stand up to the dogs jumping on the bed.
