I received my silk duvet yesterday. It comes in a nice box and included a cotton bag. I put a cotton duvet cover over it and slept under it last night. It feels like a weighted blanket, kept the heat in and feels great on a cold night. I am not sure how it will be in the summer, but so far I love it. It is as described. I got mine in the king size and I was able to get my cover on it quite easily. Although it was pricey, I believe it was money well spent. I was tired of my old polyester comforter that didn't breathe. I am hopeful that this will last me many years.

Lovely duvet. Exactly as described and delivery was quick. First time we have had a silk duvet. Previously have always had goose down but decided to try silk when our goose one needed replacing. Am delighted with the quality, drape and warmth. If you're thinking of changing from a feather duvet I'd recommend this; because of the drape it is cosier than wool, and if you're sharing the bed you don't get that gap where the cold air creeps in.

This is one of the softest duvets I've ever owned. You'll be sleeping in luxury trust me. Came nicely packaged in a nice looking gift box. It's nicely weighted to the point it's a little heavier then a comforter, but not extremely heavy to the point you want to kick it off. I recommend getting a silk duvet cover for this, makes it even softer. One problem though, is you'll never want to leave your bed lol.

I received my Silk comforter, and do not know what to think yet....I bought this expensive comforter because I suffer extreme allergies-my old bedding had me waking up with migraines. This comforter rated itself #1 for allergies. The minute I opened it up, I smelled it, and it reeked from a bad smell...Worried that it would set off my allergies I have it airing out before I attempt to sleep under it. I will come back and correct my rating after the smell subsides and I can give it a try. I am not happy that this comforter is dry clean only (which is not mentioned in the product description). I get migraines from the smell of dry cleaning fluid, so how do I clean this expensive comforter.....so far not impressed with this as a #1 allergy product.

Love love love this silk duvet! This is a replacement for the one my mother-in-law gave us when she returned from her trip to china about 20 years ago. This new silk is super warm and comfy, however I wish it came with a cover that could be laundered. I had to purchase that separately and had to sew buttons in the corners of the cover so the silk interior could be attached. I purchased a cotton cover so I could launder it at home, but wish this company made their own. I would have bought it!
