So as I hit my late 40's I realize that I am ALWAYS HOT. . .and I don't mean that I look HOT that I feel hot and sweaty and just eww. lol And since dresses/skirts let more air circulate near your legs, I thought that I would invest in this dress. It is very cute and I love the color. I am 5'6 and weigh 190. I got the XL and I should've gotten the L but I followed the guidelines that Amazon gave and got the XL. The dress is cute and comfy but can be hot as it is way too long on me. I might alter it and make it shorter as I did not return as I had already worn it a few times to see if my thoughts would change. I am giving it 5 stars as it was my fault for buying the wrong size. I highly recommend that you don't listen to the Amazon size and buy it the size that you normally would. AND LADIES, it has POCKETS!!!! That a total win for me!

Love this versatile dress. It is comfy and cute. It can be dressed up or dressed casually. I wore it for our family pictures with a cute necklace and heels and wore it a week later to teach and paired it with some sandles. Best part? Pockets!

Nice dress, soft material but it needs something. I added a necklace and that made a difference. I tried different belts but they didn’t work because the top doesn’t go all the way to my waist. I ordered a small based on the reviews. I am 5’5 135 lbs pear body shape.

If I went to a store to buy this dress, it’s entirely possible the dress had been tried on before I bought it. That being said, I wouldn’t have picked up the one tried on and left inside-out on the floor, to purchase. The dress arrived inside-out and balled up - clearly a return that was just shoved into a shipping envelope to get to me. The seller seriously failed in the first impression category. The dress itself is a five star dress. It’s pretty, made well, and not thin cheap fabric. I’m looking forward to wearing this all Fall and into Winter. Highly recommend the dress.
