Hello . I’m going to share with you a review of this dress in two parts . The first is the order and the arrival . I ordered this on a Friday and came in on the following Monday . Before ordering this dress , it was in 3 different videos I watched and the women who tried it on said it was great and it looked beautiful . I took that as a sign to order it . It’s one of amazons best sellers . So I definitely knew I had to get my hands on one . I ordered the ivory , size 16 plus . I’m 5 3 and between 165-170 lb . The arrival As I said it came in 3 days after purchasing . The quality of the gown is a legit gown . Doesn’t feel fake or cheap . The lace and the train is stunning . There is a strap where you’d hook an eye for a bra . So a built in bra and it’s stretchy . Fits comfortably . I tried it on without lacing and the material is soft and comfortable . The lace for the tie in the back is a beautiful satin rope which I love . The belt is pretty . It will look great I will be writing another review on my wedding day . ... show more

Such a beautiful dress it was elegant, affordable, and perfect for my special day. When it arrived I had it slightly tailored for a more fitted look but the adjustments were minimal. The comfort was great and I was able to wear it all day without any issues.

Due to family health issues I'm getting married in 2 months, and don't have time to order a gown from a boutique. I ordered several dresses from Amazon to try out, and was so pleasantly surprised by this gown. I used to work in a high end boutique years ago selling Vera Wang, Badgley Mischka, Reem Acra, Ramona Keveza, etc., and also worked at David's Bridal. Unfortunately, this wasnt a great style for my body type, and I bought a size too small. However, the quality of this gown, the construction, the lace, and the belt were top notch! The lace isn't stiff or plastic feeling, the train moves beautifully, the lining is soft, the shirring looked lovely, and the belt and detail were of a nice quality for the price. The hem can be shortened by removing the lace edge, hemming, then reapplying, but it almost fit perfectly with me at 5'4" in 3" heels. I'd highly recommend this for a bride with a bit more of an hourglass shape than I have. Professional Advice: laces go from top to bottom, and the tails should always be tucked in. Most gowns will need a little bit of altering so always order for your largest measurement (fit your bust if your hips are smaller, etc.), and bustles can be added easily for after the ceremony. The loop underneath a skirt is for hanging, not to hold while you dance! I bought a size 14, 5'4", 38D, approx 200lb. It was several inches too small to fit around my ribcage, but that's my fault for not checking the size guide better. ... show more

Great dress!! I had ordered this dress after I had purchased another dress online that came in the wrong size :( - not from Amazon though. With my wedding just two (2) weeks away, I had already gone to a bridal shop with the intention to rent a gown and was looking at something else on Amazon and this dress came up in my feed. Awesome reviews!!!! Lots of pictures!!! and everyone says it shipped quickly. I too received the dress quickly, I purchased it on the Thursday and it came on the Saturday. I couldn't have asked for better service. A good seamstress is really all you need to personalize this dress and I made some alterations to the dress. I am normally a size 12 but ordered a 16 just to make sure I didn't get a size that was too small. I ended up adjusting the sides a bit, as well as the front pelvic area. I also cut the front of the dress because it was too long and I would have tripped over it, had I worn it as purchased. I also added snap buttons to the back flap so that it would close properly and so that I could lace the back of the dress properly. The lace on the dress is beautiful and does not look cheap at all. The string lacing at the back of the dress is pretty but does not offer much support, even if you are even slightly heavy on top. Ensure that the sides fit you well, or else the dress will start slipping, and you dont want that in the middle of your ceremony. Also ensure that you wear a good push up bra and get some strong two-sided fabric tape. ... show more

Hey guys first off this dress runs about a size small. I normally wear a 16w and I sized up to a 18w. Thank god I did.i ordered a mermaid petticoat to go under the dress. Here’s the pros and cons Pros I love this dress. It’s perfect for a summer .very light and easy to move in. This dress is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! Hugged my curves. Not at all constricting. It looks just like the photo. It comes with the diamond sash. And ribbon to lace up the back. The dress is very elegant I HIGHLY recommend this dress. It’s absolutely beautiful for the price. I will be ordering another dress From this seller. This dress came on time . I’m a prime member. I got it in two days. I really love this dress. This is the first time I ordered clothing from amazon and it fit Cons The lace is very very delicate. Very easy to get it snagged on jewelry or on its self or finger nails. Be very careful. Your gonna need help to get in this dress . There is no zipper or buttons on this dress. The dress has a corset in the back that’s how the dress stays on. And to can’t lace up a corset on your own someone is going to have to help you in the dress. And someone is gonna have to help you out of it . It’s a little snug on the boobs. But it could just be me I have 42 ddd boobs. Overall I love love this dress. Would definitely purchase again. Okay so I ordered this dress for my wedding and it is exactly like the picture. I was worried when it came in because the bag it came in was really small. I don't know how they fit it in there but they did LOL it is a beautiful dress but it is very long which is okay because I'm wearing pumps and I bought a crinoline to make it flare at the bottom like in the picture.(it hangs straight with no flare) I am 5 foot 3 in 210 lb with a 37 inch waist. I ordered an 18 because of the measurements on here but let me just say it fits like a glove when it's all the way tied up. (Like the ribbon isnt zig zagged pretty in the pic it shows. It's one laced up line down my back) Because it is a lace-up I wish I would have ordered a size 16 because I want the ribbon have a good visual as in the picture and with my dress I feel like the back would have looked better if I was 2 to 3 in wider. So I would size down one size. Also their was a small snag in lace but nothing a tad bit of fabric glue can't help. It also has boning and built in bra strap thing to keep it up! I wont be needing a bra with this dress! The belt looks super cheap to me so I bought another one but all in all its a great dress that u would spend 600 bucks on at davids bridal. ... show more
