The main component of this costume is the red and black cape. It is beautiful, well made, with shiny colors typical for a vampire or dracula look. The cape is 120cm (4 feet) tall, so keep that in mind in terms of the size of the person wearing it. If you're not at least about 5 feet tall, you may need to adjust it a bit at the bottom with pins (to shorten it) so it won't drag on the floor or you can avoid stepping on it when walking. The pop up collar is critical to the costume look and it looks really good. No issue having it stay up. The witches hat is also cool and there are some little battery powered lights and decorative elements that come with it, but they are option. Add or leave off what you want. Overall, a well made halloween costume that also happens to arrive in a gift box.

These items are good individually, but they don't form a cohesive costume. Pros: - The cape has one black side and one red side. The fabric feels thick while still being smooth. Both sides are shinny and overall it is a beautiful good quality cape. - The hat is black and has an orange spider on it. It comes with lights that work well and change blinking patterns if you so wish. Cons: - With just these two items, it is not quite clear what costume this is for. I find that challenging given the price, since full costumes cost a similar price or a little higher but would be cohesive. Thus, the value is not quite there for me unless you were looking for these items individually. - The had pulls orange while the cape is red. This further contributes to the feeling of two disjoint items being put together. - It does come with "bonus" bags for candy but there are so little of them that it is not as useful. Overall my rating is still good as the items are of good quality, but this really is an add on to another costume/clothing.

Very cool hat and cape, especially considering the price! This costume is easy to use and wear, and very lightweight. Perfect for parties, plays, or long nights of trick-or-treating! It is not the highest quality material in the world, and feels a little flimsy on both the hat in Cape, however I can forgive that given the price. It is not a super big cape, and I would not recommend putting on a larger person unless you want a comedically small costume on them on purpose. Given its price, functionality, and quality, I would say it is a fair value for the money.

This is a great value. The cape is well made, with the red lining all the seams are enclosed, it is lightweight and swirls beautifully. It is not a cape that will close around you, but rests just in front of your shoulders. But that makes it easier to show off the rest of your costume. The collar has batting in it which helps it to stand up a little, I love that detail. This cape is versatile, for a witch, vampire, magician. Nice silky material. The hat stands up easily, stays on my head and the light comes with batteries. You can turn it on fast blink, slow blink or steady on. I may add more spiders to the hat, but that will be easy. There were also 4 small organza gift bags, orange with black spiders and web.

I'll admit, I'm not crazy about the hat. Lol. It's cute if you're going for a cutesy kind of Halloween thing and like spiders! I do like that it lights up! The cape is nice, though. The material is nice and silky and the colors are great! Unfortunately, the collar doesn't really stay up on it's own so I removed a star.
