This Mother & Daughter statue is quite beautiful in its sheer simplicity. There are no faces and even the body parts that are distinguishable as well as their clothing, lack any extremely distinct lines - it almost appears like it is a rougher draft of a finished product, everything rather mottled vs having been smoothed out. I find that this lends the figurines to be able to express both relationships and emotions relative to the relationship they are representing far better than if they had been represented by far more detailed figures. The figurine has been well crafted from quality materials (something sturdier than porcelain or china). I will definitely be purchasing from this company again

This item is well made with an easy to read inscription and the felt at the bottom will be good at preventing the piece from falling over. It has a reasonable weight so it feels sturdy, like it will stay in place. It has a simple and sweet message to show your love for your mom or mom figure. I took off as star for maybe not a significant reason, but the barcode at the top of the box kind of takes away from the aesthetics for gift giving; it kind of cheapens the look. I tried to remove, but it was going to rip and leave adhesive which would be worse. I think it could have been a few bucks cheaper in price, but still a reasonable value for what it is.

It’s exactly as pictured. I’m giving it four stars because the box was a bit beat up (not bad) but makes it a bit awkward for gifting and it’s also pretty lightweight. But it’s exactly as pictured and I can’t wait to give this to mom who will be a grandma this year as well!!
