This is a cute coffee table that was fairly easy to put together. The sides, actually Velcro on, so that was easy, but it makes it not as strong I feel. The part that opens up is fairly sturdy but the side that pulls forward as like a tray is I feel going to break. The top is also not completely flat. One side pops up a little bit but that could be error on my part of putting it together, however, overall I’m happy with it and won’t send it back hoping it doesn’t break. ... show more

This table is beautiful. And instructions were easy to follow to be able to assemble. Table came with a little damage that happened during transportation of delivery but seller was so supportive in resolving the issue! Would buy again from same seller. A+ for customer service!

I purchased this as an alternative to a West Elm table that would have cost me $900 with shipping and taxes. While it was more affordable, you definitely get what you pay for. First issue: It’s not easy to assemble, contrary to what some other reviewers claimed. Anything with more than five steps and requiring two people isn’t what I’d call “easy.” This table had 14 steps, and I needed to call maintenance for the last two because one person has to hold the wood in place while the other screws it in. Second issue: One of the top wood pieces had a noticeable color flaw. Third and biggest issue: The table isn’t aligned properly, which really bothers me. It looks cheap and poorly made. If it weren’t such a hassle to return, I would have sent it back. The panels are held together with Velcro, which doesn’t seem durable. It’s just not a long-lasting piece of furniture. Check out the photos for reference. On the plus side, delivery was faster than promised, which was nice. I also like the storage inside—it helps keep the living room tidy. However, I’ll probably only keep this table for a few months until I can get the one I really want. I updated my review because of the amazing customer service. ... show more
