The gold rubs off in just a few weeks and starts looking tarnished. Really disappointed. I even purchased two bracelets, and both started fading very quickly. Beautifuly crafted bracelet, but it is extremely difficult, almost impossible to open and close the clasp! I needed help in doing so. Looks like it will be a real problem taking it off.

I wrote a complaint review about this at Amazon. Immediately after it published Lifetime was in contact with me about their concern. Do not buy lifetime warranty is fake I bought a bracelet and not even a month the bracelet was fading so I send it in for replacement but no response it’s been a month now So disappointing -why say lifetime but not even a month I sent it to the Hayward office
