Got this for my brothers kids for their birthday so they have something to play in out in the yard when they visit. It takes a little bit of time to snap all the plastic pieces together but it goes pretty fast if you have a second person helping. The plastic feels durable enough to handle kids climbing all over it. It looks like a little farm house which is cool. I set it up on the flat part of the grass where i already finished pulling the stumps and grading the dirt. This playhouse is a fantastic addition to the yard. The interior is surprisingly spacious, giving the kids plenty of room to move around and play comfortably. We LOOOVE lifetime brand, especially their outdoor gear. I didn't even know until very recently that they offered playhouses. My 12 year old son got right to work putting this together. He was able to manage by himself, but did find the roof a bit tricky. The playhouse sits in our yard on the grass with no foundation and no issues. It isn't super level and it does fine but u wouldn't put it on a slope. It is a bit protected from wind but we have had no issues with it blowing around. The playhouse is very open ended since it doesn't have a lot of designs and things inside. It could be a house, a grocery store, a café, or even a barn.... We value open ended play so this is a big win for us. ... show more

This is a large, heavy item. The instructions are good. Assembly is required and took under 60 minutes. It will go quicker with a second person. Parts fit together well. Once assembled, it is quite sturdy and looks good. Our 3+ year old absolutely loves it. It seems totally impervious to nature, and stands up to central Florida weather without issue. It is large enough that a child can actually play in it. Nice backyard toy. My only issue is that it is very pricey for what it is. ... show more

This playhouse has been a huge hit. The grands love it and use it for all kinds of imaginative play. It’s compact but still roomy enough for them to enjoy comfortably, whether indoors or outside. This was very easy to get together. The instructions suggest two adults to assemble. Myself no and my seven year old put it together. (He was more so there “helping” me; by grabbing pieces).
