    • These really do work. It's amazing.
I bought a couple cans at my local grocery store on a whim. Recovery and focus to be exact. I fell in love with them, so I got this variety pack becasue there were flavors/mixes I couldn't get locally and I wanted to try them all. They are all good. No weird buzzes or other adverse reactions and ACTUAL RESULTS. I can not stress that enough. THEY WORK. I used travel aid last week right before we left on our trip by plane. This may be TMI but I was also a day away from my period and as many women know, that's when we get sick the most easily. Our bodies defenses are low then and adding a trip on a plane to that mix with all that entails means I usually get some kind of illness when the timing lands like that. I felt fine. Had some partyaid when we got to our destination becasue I lost so much sleep due to flight cancellations. Not only did I not get sick, I felt pretty good too. I was alert, able to focus, able to sleep and felt much healthier than I would have had I not had these to help pick up the travel slack. My favorites are recoveryaid for post gym or lost sleep, focusaid for when I write or need to be on top mentally, and travelaid for immune boosts. If I didn't drink a cup of coffee before the gym every morning, I would use golferaid. It gives energy, but a bit too much for anything that isn't physical. Partyaid is also good but not something I see myself needing all that often as I don't really drink and I usually sleep fine. Lifeaid is also fine, but I think I'll drink enough of the others to not need it as much in general. They all taste good, though are best cold, I won't lie. The lack of heaps of sugar is fantastic and I can not recommend these drinks enough. In a world were we are all a little deficient in nutrients, these drinks are a life saver. I love them all. All the flavors came in the box. I have been drinking 1 a day for about 3 weeks now and I can notice a great difference in my body. I think because of all the vitamins and minerals I feel better. I'm a healthy person already and I take daily vitamins, eat healthy, exercise etc and all I did was just add these to my regimen and I just feel rejuvenated. The flavors are weak cause they are made with natural sweeteners and nit artificial sweeteners like the BANGS but they are good. ... show more

Love life aid! My wife had been buying the recovery one at CVS and I was excited to learn they make different flavors for different uses. We love the thrive, recovery, and party flavors best, but the focus one is a perfect pre work out (though I didn’t love the taste, it beats any other pre work out I’ve tried x1000). They do all have a slight medicinal (reminds me of the smell of a multi vitamin), but they are chock full of vitamins so not surprising! Much better alternative to sugary sports drinks ... show more

When I first bought this I thought it was a "paleo energy drink," it is not. However, it makes a pretty good substitute for a pre-workout energy drink. I don't get the same buzz but I still felt pretty good on my 5k after drinking it, and wasn't as sore after. I've also used one in place of my morning tea and that worked pretty well too. If you're looking for something that will give you a huge caffeine rush this product won't do that, but if you used caffeine as part of your workout and want to stop, this is what you're looking for. I don't really like carbonated drinks ( except champagne and beer) but I like this. it gives me the right amount of energy for the full work out and it is not sweet. I did go on LifeAid website to compare prices and this is what I found out. If you order only one case occasionally, then Amazon is the way to go. If you want to order more then go directly to the website. shipping is free for 2 cases and if you become a member with automatic delivery you can choose your frequency and you will receive goodies on the first order such as stickers, a t-shirt an wrist bands. ... show more

After buying Fit Aids individually from my gym and Whole Foods for $3 each, I was delighted to find this bulk package on Amazon for much less than $3/can. This product is a wonderful post-workout drink to keep yourself from completely crashing before making it home, and the ingredients are clean and aid in muscle recovery. I've also used it before a workout for a boost since it has some green tea caffeine in it. Regarding the caffeine content, it's enough to balance out a workout energy-wise, but I wouldn't recommend drinking this in the evening if you haven't worked out or don't plan to (it kept me awake one night when my run got rained out). ... show more

I really liked the taste of FitAid. It's a light orange flavor and slightly carbonated, but not like soda. Drank it before and after workouts and it didn't give me a jittery boost like something caffeinated. It's not an "energy drink," but I used it to help kick my energy drink habit. As far as helping with performance, I'm new to Crossfit so can't really give a before / after testimonial, but can say I'll be ordering more because I liked it. I've come to really depend on this to get me through the day. I have osteoarthritis which is, of course, getting steadly worse as I age. I drink this first thing in the morning with my breakfast and then have another later in the day. The glutamine and glucosamine plus the turmeric really help with the arthritis. I was taking Quercetin for my sinuses so I love that it is included in this drink also. The green tea extract gives me energy without the jitters that I get from coffee. ... show more
