I simply love this shoe because they are very comfortable and I believe that if worn all day the shoes would not place any type of pressure on the feet. Unfortunately, I had to return my pair because this style runs a little large and even with socks on, one of the shoes were continuously slipping off in the back. I am aware that I could have placed one of those heel grippers to keep the shoe in place, however because I ordered 2 pairs of black - one plain and the other gator style - I kept the gator style shoe because it had a perfect fit even with socks. ... show more

Very Comfortable. I usually wear a size 10.5 - 11 depending on style. The reviews said they ran small and narrow so I ordered the 11 wide and fit perfectly (I don’t have a wide foot). I also have issues with plantar fasciitis and really need comfort and these fit the bill. I paired these with slacks but could very well work with jeans or a dress/skirt. The style is timeless. I ordered a 6.5W, which should have fit my feet well. These shoes look nice, and the insoles are cushy and comfy. Unfortunately, the heels were too loose on me while the toes were too tight, so I am returning the shoes.

These shoes are cute and very comfortable, but after wearing them half a dozen times (give or take a few) the left shoe has developed a definite squeak that I can feel in the footbed with each step. It’s loud enough to be heard by others in a quiet setting.
