I purchased these black suede flats about a month ago for work as a bridal stylist (on my feet constantly and lifting heavy gowns). I waited to leave a review in order to break the shoes in and get a good overall feel for the shoes. Here are my thoughts: Pros: I have a high arch and they provide perfect arch support. The shoes are quite comfortable, in the sense that they don’t kill my legs/back. They are very fashionable and cute; I got many compliments on them. Cons: The bottom of the shoes are very slick. So, if it’s wet/icy/if walking on any slick surface you have a good chance of slipping. I’m not a fan of scuffing the bottom of shoes for traction, so I didn’t do that. Additionally, the shoes are great for support, but at the expense of some comfort. These shoes are hard. The inside/sole of the shoe does not have cushion. Imagine walking on smooth hard plastic molded similarly your feet. Therefore, I would not wear them if your planning on making them your work shoes. Overall: Worth it if you have high arches and need a cute shoe. I won’t be using them as work shoes, but I’ll be keeping them to wear with my everyday outfits.

Vionic seems to think that American size 8½ is larger than it is usually. I take a 39 or 39.5 European size which means I needed to order an 8. I did not notice that on the size chart so I had to return the 8½ and reorder it as an 8. But it still slipped on my heal and I needed to return them. Too bad because they are well made, a good price, and a fun color. Unfortunately I bought leather ones which are more expensive in an 8. They seemed to be fine until I broke them in. The insole softened up and now my ankle bone hits the top of the shoe where the heal section meets the body section in a seam. Now I can't return them and can't wear them either. Frustrating.

They look great and wear good except for the back heal. I have to put a band-aid on my heal so I don’t get a blister.

I got the ‘leopard’ print. I think they go with everything from jeans to skirts, casual to office. I need a comfortable, supportive flat shoe that is stylish but with more substance than a ballet flat. These work for me. Vionic is a great shoe, but pricey for my budget, but these were on sale, so perfect! They arrived quickly and in brand new packaging, perfect condition. Very happy.

This is a lovely quality shoe. Unfortunately they don't fit my small feet. I normally wear 5.5 or 6. For this shoe a 6 is too long for me. There is no 5.5 so I tried a 5, and I could barely get my foot in unless I removed the insole. When I removed the insole they fit perfectly. Wish I could try even a 5 W but they don't make those either. Don't feel they are worth the cost if I can only make them fit without the insole. Very disappointed as these are nice shoes that I probably would have purchased in multiple colors.
