I immediately contacted the seller when I received the item. Photo was skewed, cut out was bad and the color was dull. Seller responded within the hour. After a few photo exchanges, seller acknowledged the issue and replaced the cut out and I received the next door. THE PHOTO CUT OUTS LOOK RIDICULOUS- they are BLURRY WITH MISSING FINGERS, added colors believing onto the white space that ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE BLOOD- they are DARK AND HORRENDOUSLY PRINTED LESS THAN ZERO STARS

Purchased “heads” and a couple 3 foot stand-up s as a surprise for friend at a party. They were all a big hit. Definitely good fun for price

I love the picture (I did a headshot) but it arrived damaged it was shipped in a plastic bag envelope marked do not bend. Well the us post office bent it in many places. . Chewed up on corners. Had they shipped it in a better container I think it would have been fine.

I had a sneaker ball for my son and these cutouts were supposed to be the star of the show. The sticks were very complicated to put in the slots without ripping. Then the back piece that is supposed to be used as the stand was flimsy and I ended up super gluing the entire cutout together and standing it on the wall. Very dissatisfied ... show more

    • Horrible workmanship. Only 1 lens on his glasses
This cut out was horrible and they wouldn't allow a return. The cut out wore glasses and only one lens was on the cut out, plus they didn't take into consideration the girth of the subject. It arrived as a thin tall man. It was not acceptable and would not allow at return $60.00
