This is actually a very well built, but light and thin rack. It holds five full five gallon jugs without wobbling and swaying. It is way stronger than it looks and it was easy to assemble. The labeled parts in the instructions (A, B, C) did not correspond to the parts being assembled (only A and B parts included) so I was able to put it based on common sense. I ordered this product in June and love it! The assembly was a little tiresome but took us about 30minutes. Sometimes I needed help so make sure you have someone that can help you set it up during those difficult tightenings! One screw couldn’t properly be tightened and sticks out a little on the side. But it does the job and has helped us save some space in our apartment! We set it up so it tilts the bottles to make it a little easier to slide when we need to grab one. ... show more

Unfortunately these are made with the idea that you’ll be storing your bottles with the factory caps on them. I’ve searched high and low on Amazon for 3rd party caps, and the majority of them leak when the bottles are turned sideways. I finally came across some silicon ones that seem promising, but by then, I had already decided to return this, because the bottles stick out, causing us to run into them. I then started searching for vertical water bottle stands and couldn’t find any. I found stackable 5 gallon water bottles, but the necks seem to short to work. I may still give those a try in the future. Long story short, I ended up creating my own stand for $14 using some 2x2 wood and a sheet of wood from Lowe’s. Just have to slap some paint on it. The stand itself is of decent quality and will get the job done. They should have included washers with the screws, so people will drill guns don’t sink the heads of the screws into the semi soft metal. ... show more

While it took a bit to assemble it is made of quality metal with good fasteners. It hold the bottles firmly and they are easy to insert and to remove. It really cleaned up my storage
