The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately, the bassinet came with a zipper defect. It took me a long time to decide which bassinet to buy, and when I finally did, it arrived with a faulty zipper. Very frustrating. I'll have to return it. The worst thing is that it's a heavy box that's hard to transport. The defect in the zipper is in a fundamental part of the bassinet that is responsible for supporting where the baby sleeps. Maybe I'll opt for a replacement instead of a refund. If all goes well, I'll be back here to do the proper review. UPDATE: I ordered a replacement, and this time everything was 100% ok. No problem at all with zipper or anything else. By the way the replacement came very fast. Quickly than we expected. Thanks guys ... show more
