OLED is king! I had an iMac for a couple days and enjoyed it but the screen hurt my eyes! I couldn't take the eye strain going to bed. The screen just didn't look natural to me. The blacks were this bright gray. I knew I needed OLED because I have an OLED TV and that never hurts my eyes. Got this monitor and I don't have eye strain anymore. OLED mimics reality. Where there is no light, there is no light. It's just comfortable. Great display. The colors are nice. It's just like one of those things where I don't even notice it. There just isn't anything wrong with it. It just does exactly what it's supposed to do. Apart from moments of gratitude and "this is awesome" it's just a silent companion. It does what it's supposed to do I hardly notice it's there, like a car engine running in the background. A good machine! Works well with my Mac Mini. Thought 32 would be too big, only got it because there are no 27 inch glossy OLEDs. But it ended up being the perfect size. Glossy is perfect for me I can't stand any compromise to clarity, anti glare is not my thing. Fantastic monitor. Expensive but it is what it is. I wish I could have gotten it for 500 but that's just not the state of the world. Infinitely better than my iMac monitor and all in all, this monitor, M4 Mac Mini, Edifier M60, Keychron keyboard... For roughly the same price as a 10 core iMac, I am in a completely different universe of comfort, ease, and performance. Put the extra work in. Get what you really need. No compromises. Went from an LG Ultragear 32" 1440p IPS to this. OH MY GOD! It's crazy the difference the higher resolution and pixel response make. Blacks are black! Colors are amazing even compared to the IPS. I see people say the other type of OLED is better for colors, its just hard to imagine that at all. Super clean image, text is perfect, hdr is amazing and it feels super well built. If you are on the fence and wondering if OLED is really a game changer, it absolutely is! So much so, after seeing it, my wife wanted a OLED TV from LG, the B5. It's an amazing TV, as has been my experience with all LG displays i've owned. I'm hard pressed to ever go with another company for my TV's and displays at this point, just amazing quality and value. Absolutely no regrets, and it feels super sturdy. The dual mode is a cool feature, can go to 1080p at 24, 27 or full 32" with higher refresh for the games your gpu can't quite hit high frames and you wanna be competitive. Running on a 4070ti and 4k using dlss so far has been pretty smooth, minus a few games with huge vram requirements. ... show more

Great value for the money. I recommend 32” orange perfect size. It uses a WOLED panel which is the same technology LG uses on their OLED TV’s. It doesn’t have any purple-ish tint like the QD OLEDs. Perfect blacks. I don’t see a reason to need more than 165hz. No flickering, no issues. Super good quality. I like the small bezel and it doesn’t have any silly gamer aesthetic stuff. Clean and professional. Note that it is a glossy panel. This makes the blacks look gorgeous but it is reflective so keep that in mind. But there is a reason premium laptops like MacBooks use a glossy screen. I looked at this monitor side by side with a matte monitor and the colors were much more vibrant on the glossy panel so it’s worth the trade off. ... show more

I wanted to buy the 32GX870A which is a superior tandem oled panel, but due to budget limitation went with this. I dont know what I expected but this monitor exceeded everything I expected from this last gen monitor. Only issue is the text clarity and banding which is common for the woled and there was a green sub pixel dead right on the middle of the screen ( all the oled/woled monitors and laptop displays i had, had a dead pixel. Maybe i'm unlucky). Build quality is excellent specially the stand. Panel has a metal border around it to cool the panel and protect from little impacts. Easier to clean than qd oled (which are pain to clean) and in my opinion 165hz is enough for most people. ... show more

Cheapest OLED 4K high refresh rate monitor money can buy yes. Just be aware not at all high in brightness but can be tweaked to hit a higher brightness level but no where near as high as a regular LED monitor or a very high end OLED monitor. Very good for gaming even if you use 1080p currently since you can adjust the monitor for 1080p 300HZ OR 4k 165HZ Note: you can’t do 4k 300HZ it only works in 1080p mode. That being said it looks beautiful and the colors are surprisingly accurate since I even do photo editing and can take advantage of the HDR display ... show more
