I ordered this roll, plus a different pack with 6 single sheets of wrapping paper, to wrap my daughter's birthday gifts. I wanted to make them look beautiful and special, like her. The combination of the papers was gorgeous and she loved looking at them while waiting for the actual day. I had anticipated needing to purchase an additional roll of cheap paper from Walmart to complete all of the gifts. Try not to judge this, but she had a total of 29 gifts. After using the 6 individuals sheets i ordered, there were 22 gifts that still needed to be wrapped using this role of paper. Not only was I able to wrap every single gift without buying any additional roles, but I still have approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the roll of paper left! Some of her gifts were on the small side, most of them were about the size of a large shoebox, and several were a bit larger than that. I was extremely surprised at how many items I was able to wrap using this roll. When I purchased it, I did not think it would go very far, and considered the roll to be quite expensive. Now, however, I would not hesitate to buy it again in the future. Particularly if wrapping items that are smaller than the width of this paper roll, of course. With a standard roll of gift wrap, which is wider than this wrapping is, I end up having to cut so much of the paper off as i size it to fit each gift, that I end up with a lot of scraps I have to just throw away. I was afraid this paper wouldn't be big enough to cover a lot of gifts, but it was actually a great size for most of them and I didn't need to cut off a bunch of extra and throw that away. So, it's size actually made it more useful, rather than my fear it would be less useful. The paper itself is just beautiful! Iridescent and pearlescent finish, With mostly pinks and blues in the light, but there are hints of many colors as it's moved in the light. Like a dragonfly's wing. 😀 This "color" is a favorite of mine and my daughter's. The weight of the paper is nice. It's heavier than standard wrapping paper, but not like some of the super thick papers that are so heavy and thick it becomes difficult to even wrap with them. I'm not sure if this was due to the color, but there is one issue that I want to warn others about! Once gifts were wrapped, at certain angles, the gifts that had dark printed images on the outside of the box showed through the paper a bit. As she picked up her gifts, my daughter was able to see 2 of the items and know what was inside. That was unfortunate. But not a deal breaker, for me. If you want a total surprise and there is a dark image on the gift box, I would recommend using something to cover the image before wrapping with this paper. Standard gift tape worked perfectly on the paper, held closed just right. Also, not too difficult to open the gifts, and the paper stayed in tact most of the time while being unwrapped.

Beautiful!! High quality, thick, glossy, very nice. However, its much more narrow than the standard gift wrap, so check the measurements before you buy to compare and see if irs wide enough to cover the box you plan to wrap.

The media could not be loaded. I read lots of good reviews when I found this wrapping paper. I can tell you, this paper is great. 1. Obviously the color is so spectacular and the paper is very pretty--very pigmented and pleasing to look at. 2. The paper is incredibly opaque--you can not see through it at all. I was very paranoid that it would come and be semi-translucent and would require multiple layers of paper or something--nope one wrap and finished!! 3. Thick and sturdy, easy to fold creases when wrapping, easy to cut The only negative for some people that I could see is that it does NOT have the measuring grid on the back of the paper to help with precise wrapping, but I don't need the grid so this was not a negative for me. Invisible gift tape is truly Invisible on this paper and the gifts look stunning under the tree. Pretty good size roll too--I wrapped one medium sized gift and one small sized gift and still have almost a full roll left--it will last me a while. (Gift in photos is wrapped in purple) The blue is very vibrant sky blue, the purple is a pinkish lavender color with more of a greenish blue shine rather than the frosty blue in the picture, and the pink is very much "opal" when you look at it--not vibrant pink--more essence of pink--with a green iridescence to it.

This paper is great! It’s incredibly sturdy and made of great quality! Probably the thickest wrapping paper I’ve ever worked with. I was impressed. It’s a gorgeous color. It was easy to work with. Easy to fold and crease because it’s so thick. I am impressed at how much it comes with compared to the price: so worth it. It was a great size to wrap small to medium sized gifts. Could be used for bigger gifts but you’d have to wrap around a couple times. I have plenty of paper left to use for many holidays to come! It’s the metallic purple pink wrapping paper in the photos I am reviewing.

It’s a nice wrapping paper but not quite what’s pictured. In the picture it’s much more shiny and color shifty, but in person I find it’s almost just a glossy black with little to no color shifting. It’s also a very thick wrapping paper which makes it a bit difficult to get a nice wrap on gifts. Overall it’s good if you’re just looking for a nice glossy black :) (I used it to wrap the black gifts in the photos, it shows up much more colorful on camera than it did in person)

This wrapping paper was incredibly thick and gorgeous. Despite the durability, it was still very easy for me, a wrapping novice, to fold. There was also much more paper on the roll than I was expecting. Definitely suitable for a wide batch of gifts.
