I was looking for a high waisted pair of jeans that was straight leg (not skinny or too wide) and these fit the bill. They are a nice sturdy jean material, but have a little give. I am between a 28 and 29 and ordered the 28, they fit good although I wouldn’t dry them. I think the 29 would have been okay too. I find Levi’s to be true to size. I take reviews very serious because they truly have helped me. For reference I am 32 curvy and have hips and thighs. I am struggling with the trend of "baggy" or "mom Jeans" as they in my opinion are not the most flattering on my body type. I also have been wearing skinny jeans since like high school. i have been attempting to make this transition (since my teenagers is harassing me about being off trend and Skinny's are not cool) Blah blah and i love Levi's so this was a safe starting point. The Jeans have a button fly which lays so flattering on the midsection, the butt is still snug and fits like the skinny jeans and the thigh's are pretty tight depending on the size you decide to go with. i read to order up a size, i did and after a few wears i wished i had stuck to my real size they became really loose in the thigs and more baggy then i would like. SO i ordered a second pair in my size they were snug but Definity wore out to be true to size and i love them, I'm still not 100% sold on the trend but i can wear these and style then cute and make it work. To wrap this lengthy review up, give them a try in a few colors bc deferent colors fit a bit deferent and amazon has free return and i used "try before you buy" on more than one to see how i liked them. These are actual pretty stretchy which I didn’t expect but the waist is sooooo small. It’s not accurate to the size. The 27s fit perfectly on my legs and butt and the waist was almost impossible to close. I would’ve gone up two sizes but then I’d lose the flattering fit on my legs and butt so I had to return them. If your curvy with a tiny waist, these would probably be amazing for you! ... show more

I was looking at this style of Levi’s on Levi website and my friend told me to check them out on Amazon because cheaper ($20 cheaper). These are my first pair of Levi’s and I intend to buy in different colors! I love the style. There’s not much stretch to them but they fit super well with no gaps in the back in the waist. I liked the way these jeans fit and except for the button fly closure they are nice! They are regular thicker jeans not thin and stretchy (like skinny jeans). The colors are great Levi. Plots too! They didn’t seem to be high waisted on me but are comfortable none the less!😃

I’ve been seeing girls with really flattering jeans and always wondered what brand they were and I think I finally figured it out! These are incredibly flattering, fit great, and hug all the right curves. For reference, I am pear-shaped, 152 pounds, and 5’7” — I ordered a size 30 and they fit great.

Size: 27 Color: Fall Star - Medium Indigo
Pros: super cute jeans. Very flattering especially on behind. Have great button fly and are a great high rise. This pair had great stretch to it. Very comfortable. Cons: sizing seems to vary depending on the style you get. Some have a little more stretch than others.

Size: 28 Color: White Stonewash
I like the fit of these jeans. I wish they were 100% cotton or even 99% cotton/1% elastin. I think they’re 98% cotton/2% elastin, which doesn’t seem like a huge difference but it makes the fabric a little thinner and slightly see-thru. It’s not terrible like some white jeans and they’re still a fairly medium weight denim, they aren’t thin like leggings. With nude underwear it should be fine, but you can see the outline of the pockets a bit. I do like the high rise waist and straight leg ankle length (length worked well on me at 5’4”). I’m normally a size 27, I ordered the 27 and 28 to try both. I preferred the 28 as it seemed less see thru but still fitted. The price dropped really low on this color when I purchased them so I think I’ll keep them but I just wish they were a little thicker and more opaque. ... show more
