I purchased two cabinets. Based on this purchase, I plan on two more with Letaya. There was a part missing. Letaya took care of this immediately, promising quick delivery. It's not a show stopper as I am using the cabinet and will add it later. Bottom line, I am very much impressed with their customer service people. It's reassuring and one the reasons I highly recommend buying from Letaya. The cabinet's quality matches those costing much more. If you are willing to do the assembly ( 1-1.5 hrs first time, half an hour on second second cabinet ), you will have the same quality cabinet as those costing at least twice as much. I know, I own one of those office grade factory assembled ones. I must say, while assembling the first cabinet I was completely impressed with the quality of the sheet metal all formed to fit precisely. All screw holes matched perfectly, all panel joints fit as they should. As I proceeded with the assembly, I waited for the "other shoe to drop". I knew something coming up will disappoint and upset me. Nothing bad happened, all parts went together easily, as the instructions stated and without issue. The opposite has been my experience with so many products that ship you a box full of parts and ask you to put it all together. The manufacturing team at Letaya deserves a lot of credit for pulling this off. It's obvious to me that the people that designed this cabinet had the customer assembler in mind. A bit of work but everything moves along smoothy if you follow the step by step instructions. The assembly manual is the clearest manual I have run across to date. Not an exaggeration. If that is not enough, all parts are labeled with letters even the screws. Hardware to attach the cabinet to the wall is included, with wall anchoring parts as well. Manual screw driver is included but I would recommend a battery powered screwdriver. Not an impact type driver as that will strip the sheet metal holes. Both my cabinets arrived with no damage. Letaya encapsulates the packaged panel's top and bottom sections inside a galvanized sheet metal box lined with foam. This forms a very protective means to mitigate shipping hazards. Unlike my expensive, office brand cabinet, these have five shelves. The shelf clips are super easy to remove and re-insert elsewhere making shelf height adjustments the easiest I've experience. I can't say that about my expensive office cabinet. I think more manufactures can learn from Letaya. I've assembled a lot of products in my long lifetime and have yet to experience a build like this. I must also add, the cabinet looks great.

Material does seem a little thin. A handful of shelves and panels had little dings in them, some from shipping, some from the factory on edges not exposed to the edges of the box. Did come fairly well packaged. Overall a pretty decent cabinet for the money. I would buy it again and recommend it to other people. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, even by yourself. The only draw back was the feet fit loose in the threads on the bottom and WILL rotate, making it uneven. A little cumbersome trying to level it but once you're good, the thing works great!

I don't do a lot of product reviews, but felt the need to say something about this product and the company. I was nervous about ordering this shelf online,as you never know what your going to get these days, but haven't had a lot of time lately and needed a solution that I didn't have to spend a lot of time shopping for. So I read reviews and took a chance. This product was delivered very poorly by the delivery service that brought it to my house. It was literally thrown out in the middle of my driveway and pieces of the packing were all over from the bottom of my driveway to the top. The box was ripped open and heavily dented on one corner, there was a pile of small metal pieces unceremoniously dumped on the top of the box. Many were heavily dented and damaged. Some of the shelves were literally falling out of the box. I contacted this company right away to explain the situation. They asked me to send pictures of the packing, labels, ect., I was surprised and skeptical when they told me to set up the product and let them know which pieces were actually damaged so they could send me replacements. Here's the thing. Many of what I thought were damaged pieces were actually metal encased packaging blocks. I've never seen such thorough packaging . I can't imagine what condition this piece of furniture would have been in without those. We were pleasantly surprised when we assembled this cabinet, to find that even with the gross mishandling of the shipping company, the actual unit itself was made of very heavy duty, quality metal and was in very good structural condition despite some scratches and dents. Upon opening everything up, my husband was ecstatic to find easy to follow assembly instruction AND all of the parts separated and meticulously labeled to match the instructions. They even included the tools needed (a screwdriver) and a few extra parts for assembly. This used to be fairly commonplace, but in my experience as of late, these little details have been sorely lacking in many furniture items I have assembled. The next thing that struck me as above average was the quality of the paint job. Despite dents and scratches (again, not the company's fault), the integrity of the paint job stayed in tact. Many units would have chipping paint with that kind of damage. This one didn't. Long story, short, once I had it all put together, it still looked pretty good especially considering everything it had been through. So I contacted the company again and told them I would keep the cabinet. They still gave me a refund for the damaged pieces and were very pleasant through the whole process. The delivery service problems weren't the company's fault, but they did everything I asked to make it right and I'm really happy with the structural quality and packaging of this product. Thank you for a great cabinet and a great experience with your company. I would definitely purchase from this company again. They are definitely an above average seller and make a very quality metal cabinet.

Very sturdy cabinet. Fairly easy to assemble, I would recommend having an extra set of hands to help with the process. Instructions are not the greatest since there are only pictures to show the assembly process but they were easy to follow. I had two factory holes that were oversized and the provided screws would not fully tighten. Overall my wife and I are happy with the purchase and would recommend this cabinet.
