I've purchased 3 of the 32 wide by 16 inch deep cabinets and one of the 36 wide by 18 inch deep cabinets. They're of good quality, sturdy, and they can be assembled by one person with basic hand tools (provided). They are very well packed, and I've noticed only very minor dents to shelving edges that appear to have been created at the place of manufacturing and packaging. Only one of my cabinets was damaged (either during packaging or during shipping) to the point where I had to request a refund/replacement. After sending photos of the damaged panel and shelf, this seller quickly responded, and was willing to simply ship me another cabinet and let me keep the damaged one so I might use it for parts or in a place where appearance would not matter. I'm a satisfied customer and would highly recommend these cabinets. They are great for the garage, shop, or portions of the house that aren't intended as living spaces. In my case, they're used for storage in my home office.

I have ordered four of these cabinets in different styles. Three of them arrived in perfect condition and one of them had a few shelves that were damaged in shipping. I contacted the company and they worked very quickly to replace a refund my item. If you're looking for storage solutions I would highly recommend this company not just because the cabinets are very strong and can hold a lot of weight while being aesthetically pleasing, but also because the company itself seems to care about their customers and is very responsive despite being an overseas manufacturer that could easily ghost you if they wanted to. The entirety of the cabinets are made of a relatively thin sheet metal but they are very sturdy and I have no complaints about the quality or form factor of it. They're easy to assemble in 30 to 40 minutes once you understand how to do it. They're fairly customizable and I was able to contact the company to buy individual shelves for more storage solution and modification of the existing cabinet that I had ordered. Long story short, if you're looking for an aesthetically pleasing and minimalist storage solution I can't recommend this brand enough.

I purchased two cabinets. Based on this purchase, I plan on two more with Letaya. There was a part missing. Letaya took care of this immediately, promising quick delivery. It's not a show stopper as I am using the cabinet and will add it later. Bottom line, I am very much impressed with their customer service people. It's reassuring and one the reasons I highly recommend buying from Letaya. The cabinet's quality matches those costing much more. If you are willing to do the assembly ( 1-1.5 hrs first time, half an hour on second second cabinet ), you will have the same quality cabinet as those costing at least twice as much. I know, I own one of those office grade factory assembled ones. I must say, while assembling the first cabinet I was completely impressed with the quality of the sheet metal all formed to fit precisely. All screw holes matched perfectly, all panel joints fit as they should. As I proceeded with the assembly, I waited for the "other shoe to drop". I knew something coming up will disappoint and upset me. Nothing bad happened, all parts went together easily, as the instructions stated and without issue. The opposite has been my experience with so many products that ship you a box full of parts and ask you to put it all together. The manufacturing team at Letaya deserves a lot of credit for pulling this off. It's obvious to me that the people that designed this cabinet had the customer assembler in mind. A bit of work but everything moves along smoothy if you follow the step by step instructions. The assembly manual is the clearest manual I have run across to date. Not an exaggeration. If that is not enough, all parts are labeled with letters even the screws. Hardware to attach the cabinet to the wall is included, with wall anchoring parts as well. Manual screw driver is included but I would recommend a battery powered screwdriver. Not an impact type driver as that will strip the sheet metal holes. Both my cabinets arrived with no damage. Letaya encapsulates the packaged panel's top and bottom sections inside a galvanized sheet metal box lined with foam. This forms a very protective means to mitigate shipping hazards. Unlike my expensive, office brand cabinet, these have five shelves. The shelf clips are super easy to remove and re-insert elsewhere making shelf height adjustments the easiest I've experience. I can't say that about my expensive office cabinet. I think more manufactures can learn from Letaya. I've assembled a lot of products in my long lifetime and have yet to experience a build like this. I must also add, the cabinet looks great. EDIT - November 2024 Ok, as I wrote earlier, I like the Letaya cabinets a lot. Just ordered three more but in white for my walk in pantry. They look great lined up against the wall. As mentioned earlier, the quality is still there. I did notice, the box packaging has improved with a lot of stiff hardboard surrounding the steel door panels throughout. Unless the shipping box was run over by the FedEx truck, it would be hard to damage the panels. Assembly was straightforward as before and instructions just as clear. What makes Letaya stand out is their customer service. This alone makes Letaya a smart choice.

We bought this cabinet to hold all kitchen gadgets and free up space in our tiny house. We bought the larger one. Couple inches in both directions makes a big difference. Its heavy duty, the legs adjust, powder coated so should do well on our patio. We will order more as these would be great for so many areas. Garage, sheds, kitchen pantry... etc. It was easy to put together and the assembly video would be helpful for anyone to build. The price was way better than other garage type cabinets. Has an 18" deep shelves for large items. The shelves adjust easily. So far so good. Very happy

We bought this for storage in garage and it’s perfect! Arrival date between 7-11th and it arrived on the 7th. Well thought out instructions to put together. Love that it has magnetic doors and it locks! Great quality and looks neat! I’m thinking we may want a second!

It was easy to build. I put it together alone in like 20/30 min watching the video they have with the product add. Made it way easier to put together. It looks perfectly. I anchored mine to the wall because I have kids. Extremely well built. The package came perfectly. No dent or scratches. I would love to buy another one once I figure out where to put it. Totally recommend.
