Great suspension, 99% of what I do is city riding in NYC and I can’t feel the road at all. That should tell you something. Assembly was pretty easy and it comes with an instruction manual + video so you are covered there. Battery life is pretty good but I haven’t had too much testing on it, I just wish it was a faster charger 6-8 hours is a lot :( Its got Hydraulic Dics with Mineral Oil Brakes, they are great, when stopping I usually only use the back brake as it’s sufficient even in emergency’s. If your purchasing this bike to pedal for long times, don’t get this bike, or any moped style e bike in general, I’m 6’2 and this bike is a perfect fit for me, I wouldn’t recommend to a person shorter then 5’10 since the seat isn’t adjustable Great looking bike, bright lights, amazing torque (super73 RX didn’t even have this much torque) So far I think it’s worth the money, I will be updating this review the more I ride it :) Update: Beware, Only a couple days in the inner tube in the back tire went, Had to go get it replaced, Seller was quick to respond and offer a full refund for what I paid at the bike shop to get it replaced. ... show more

This is a very solid bike!! Definitely a head turner. The red makes the bike pop and is very sleek and nice looking. Assembly was pretty easy. Rides smooth and fast. I have gotten mine to go 35mph slightly downhill. Bike is a little heavy so just keep that in mind if you live in an apartment with stairs or something like that. I give the bike a solid 4 star The bike came with a scratch from factory and the gears were out of tune after assembly. They refunded me $30 to get touch up paint. Update: Front brake started squeaking after few weeks. Noticed that the controller is too slow to engage with any change of input from the throttle. It should definitely have more power for its heft. In order to hit the top realistic speed of 27 mph you have to pedal so fast that it’s almost dangerous. This is due to poor engineering of gears for the top speed. The only really good positive about this e-bike is its looks and its comfort. It’s really comfortable to ride. That’s it though. I don’t recommend it for the price. It should definitely cost few hundred dollars less. ... show more

    • Great bang for your buck
This thing is fast. I use it to commute to work. Some days paved road some days I’ll take the dirt road. Rides extremely smooth. Battery life is amazing. Assembly instructions aren’t very clear but if you have a little common sense it’s not that hard. Recommend having a 2nd person to assist but can by done by yourself. I assembled it myself in about an hour would’ve been faster with a helper. Comes with everything you need. All the tools and even a tire pump which was a nice surprise I wasn’t expecting. Brakes are strong you’ll need to adjust them a little bit. Bike basically balances itself once you get going. Without unlocking too speed mode I’ve been able to maintain between 25-30 mph even on a 30 degree incline. Only problem I’ve had is the seat needs a bit more padding but that’s the only real issue. Bike rides very smooth. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to save on gas for their daily commute. ... show more

Seller beware. The product itself is okay. My son enjoyed the bike. However, out of the blue, an error code occurred a few weeks after we received it. After contacting the seller, I was told it was faulty and needed new wires. This was a sign the bike was not as durable. The seller offered to send me the wires. I declined because I wasn't comfortable messing with electrical and didn't want to hire an electrician. So I opted to return the bike. It was well.within the return time frame. The seller did not honor "free returns". They gave me such a very hard time trying to return this bike, that they admitted was faulty. Please think twice about purchasing from this seller.
