Loved this, fantastic Lego set. Had it bought, delivered, and built before the movie came out. Read the book right after it came out and was waiting for the movie to come out. As soon as I saw that there was a Lego set, preordered. Approximately 830 pcs, but went together very smoothly. Looks great sitting on my shelf, and the fact that it is moveable (turn the handle and the spacecraft will revolve around the engines) is such a plus. If you don't like the price, tough deal with it, I think it's worth the money. If you want a cool display to put on you shelf (along with the 2 minifigs that come with) buy this set and put it together in roughly a week. ... show more

This was a really cool LEGO set. I loved the mechanics on it. It took some time because it had a lot of little pieces in it but the end result was totally worth it. Probably one of my favorite builds to date.

Fantastic set. Project Hail Mary is my favorite book of all time, the movie was fantastic, and the LEGO set doesn't disappoint. Extremely interesting to build, nice size for display, and excellent features.

I confess; I'm one who likes Technic builds, of which this one is very strong. To build slowly and methodically gives me the opportunity to follow the designers thought processes. The Project Hail Mary book and film were the impetus for this purchase. No regrets. This model meets all of the criteria for success. There are no stickers, all printed. Lack of exposed studs on the spacecraft (only 6 but placed right). The studs on the base are reminiscent of a launch gantry. The mechanics of deploying the crew quarters is nothing short of perfect. A joy to "play" with every time you pass it, very smooth. The figs are great although I plan on distressing Rocky to be more organic. I'm very pleased with this offering. Price is a bit high but considering the overall design, prints and engineering it's probably fair. Recommend highly. Hey Lego gurus, what are the chances of getting Rocky's spacecraft to pair with the Hail Mary? ... show more
