This was a great set to build. Lego seems to have made the process of assembling these large models easier by splitting the building into discrete stages. It’s also great that you can download the instructions onto your phone or whatever and move the model around in 3-D to get a clearer picture of where pieces go. I'm a huge LOTR fan. I've a few choice sets over the years[The black gate, the awesome Helms Deep set] but this is definitely the biggest and most impressive one. I can't wait to build it! Right after I find the room and a place to display it! heh The hardest part will be deciding if I want to go through the trouble of purchasing one of the lighting kits that are made for this set.
