I've used to do quite a bit of bow shooting and trying to get back to bow hunting. This is an okay bow cover at this price point ($40 at the time of writing this review). I don't like the fact that you cannot wear it in any way, this can be used only for storage and transportation of your bow, but not for carrying it. Another thing I do not like is that it uses Velcro for securing your bow, I much rather prefer buttons that snap much quieter than Velcro and you can holster your bow even with gloves on. The workmanship and stitching quality are okay in my opinion - it's not mil-spec, no double stitching, but it's fine for a few walks in the woods each season. The main compartment has sewn in elastic band into its edge to guarantee a snug fit over the bow cam. The woodland camo pattern is well done and looks great. I'm not sure what material it is made of but it feels like "rubberized" nylon on one side, which is easy to clean and perfect for outdoor use. If you need a way to protect your bow while hiking without breaking the bank, this one's for you. This cover will keep your bow from getting caught by tree branches on cams, cords, etc. while on the move. It's certainly much easier to hike through the woods with free hands. I also like the fact that it comes with a scope protector and a small bag that you can use to store this cover while not in use. *** TL;DR *** Yep, I recommend this bow cover that lets you store and transport your bow securely. It's well made, very lightweight, it's elastic and fits snug on bow's cams. The camo pattern is well done, and it's waterproof. While it's also great for bow storage, it does not work for bow carrying unless you carry it in your backpack. Also, I don't like Velcro used to secure the bow as it makes too much noise when taking the bow out. And the price is quite high - at $40 price point, I've seen much better bow protectors for much less. It does it’s job. The elastic band stretches enough but still holds on tightly. I like the camo pattern though it makes not difference to me if it’s realtree or any other type. Plain and simple product that does exactly what it’s suppose to no need for over the top extras.

    • Decent Bow cover
This is exactly as it seems. It is decently made. And it will protect yoour bow during some storage and transport, to a limited degree. This is not meant to be taken into the rough with you, or if it is, it falls short of that. But, for everyday storage, this is perfect.

Bow is 29" but from outer cam to outer cam it is about 34 1/2". I really can't see it fitting a bow much bigger without struggling to put it on. Is held on by an outer elastic band and 1 piece of velcro in the middle. Has a good camouflage pattern to it. Material seems okay, seems water resistance, almost a plastic type feel to it. Might be too loud to take on/off in front of deer so be ready. ... show more

This is a well made cover set. The fabric feels like it is water resistant. The bow string cover is pretty tight but does fit my bow. There are no mechanical connections to hold it on, just the elastic. The cover on my other bow has snaps as well as elastic and additionally has a sling. Those things would improve this cover. I feel the sight cover bag could be a little larger. It fits my sight but I have seen much bigger sights on other bows that this cover might not fit. The only issue I see is that the pull string on the sight cover and the arrow fletch cover is elastic. When you try to pull it tight to gather the opening closed, the tendency is for the string to just stretch and not gather the opening. A non-elastic string would probably work much better. ... show more

Pretty thoughtful idea to protect you bow string. It was the perfect size for my bow, made from what appears to be good material. I like the fact that it came in camo and has straps that you can pull to get the ends over the ends of your bow. It even came with a protector for your sight pins which I thought was pretty thoughtful, however, could be better. It is basically just a piece of material with a draw string to draw tight over your sights. No cushion or rubber protectors or anything of the sort for actual protection. Just the material with a draw string. I feel like this could have been made with some added protection to better ensure this. This kit feels like pretty good quality. The bowstring/cam cover stretched to cover my cams/string on my Diamond Core bow perfectly and when fully installed, quite snugly holds itself on. I have a React Pro 5 bow sight and the cover fits, but only just barely and not fully. This is a pretty good sized sight, so it will probably fit most other sights appropriately. The arrow nock/fletch cover seems a bit pointless for my use, but it does fit and drawing it down does make it hold itself on appropriately. The material is as good a quality as many name-brand/store-bought varieties and I don't see any quality issues that concern me.
