This bag is used to transfer papers between officers of a not-for-profit. Our previous bags are no longer produced, so this is a replacement. It is a good bag because of its legal size, sturdy construction and handles. The color stands out so it does not get lost among other papers and mail. It has two pockets which are useful. I ordered this for a client and they loved them so much that they asked me to buy 4 more sets. The letter size is exact letter size so if you have stacks of pages or bulky items then I would go a size up. It can comfortably hold about 1/2 a ream of paper before compromising the corners of the paper.
