But I have bought the regular waist. These are a little stretchy which I love. Makes them more comfortable. The length is great. Price is a little high but for the value and that they fit everytime; they're well worth it. They do come in lighter to darker colors, so you can dress them up or dress down.     • Waist band does not stretch!!

Waistband is not stretchy!! The fabric everywhere else is stretchy tho. I highly suggest sizing up one. I ordered my exact size and they fit comfortably but I have a feeling after a few dries they will be a little tight. I will be ordering more in the future!!

Really comfortable and looks good. Accommodating to my curves and stretches so no where is tight. Waist is a little big but that’s the case with all jeans. Not thick and uncomfortable but also not thin Worth the money and will buy in another colour soon

    • Finally denim jeans that fit as expected!

Delayed writing a review until my new jeans (now sort-of well worn) had been through the washer/dryer several times. Recommend them highly. Many of the denim jeans for those of us who need a plus size or a generous cut in the styling, are made of such a light weight fabric that I have come to think of them as "disposable" or "art projects in progress." Not so these well made jeans by Lee. The fabric is heavy enough that I know it won't rip and fall apart just because I looked at it. And the fabric is also very smooth and comfortable to wear. My skin is not abnormally delicate, but some jeans by other manufacturers have, on occasion, felt very scratchy. I ordered a pair in a light blue and one in a darker blue. There has been no staining of other garments, etc. washed with the darker blue pair of jeans. Certainly not the case with some of the competitor brands of jeans for plus size ladies. These are Straight Leg style and they are working great for me. Cannot comment or offer an opinion on other styles. Only problem is my belly is so big that I have a hard time keeping the zipper up. For those facing a similar challenge: add the circle part of a key ring to the zipper tab and then loop it over the prong of your belt buckle. Just this side of Magic! (back when I worked in an office with a Betty Business type of dress code and denim was not allowed, instead of the shiny silver circle of a key ring between the zipper and the prong of my Dress for Success belt, an alternations wizard at Nordstrom's Department Store crocheted a loop from embroidery thread that matched my pants suit. I did not see it when I looked at myself in the mirror so I doubt anyone else did either. And this was way, way better than me constantly checking to be sure my zipper was up.
