My issue with jeans is that they will usually fit my legs but then can't button them. I don't have that problem with these jeans. These jeans have a good ratio of denim to stretch where it stretches enough in the waist if you need that extra inch but also still feels like denim and not jeggings. They are not the thickest material but also not thin. I like the look, I don't think they look cheap for the price. I took these pictures right after taking them out of the package. I am planning on wearing them to an event next week. I will update how they held up through sitting and standing and through a wash. So far I can say I really like them and am happy with my purchase. I hope these pictures can help give you a reference if you are someone shaped like me. UPDATE: The jeans held up great! Love one pair of the two I bought. The Chakra pair fit perfectly. Very comfortable. The more expensive pair “Make My Day” I think that’s what they were called, were tighter and not as comfortable. They are wearable and I am going to keep them but this is the third time in about 5 years that I purchased multiple orders of different colors of the same style pants and they are not all the same size or fit in the same way. I bought this pair because I'd tried Lee's Ultra Lux Comfort in black cargo pants as well as their black cargo capris, and found them to be the most comfortable pants in my wardrobe. The jeans because were too long but otherwise fit perfectly, so when I saw that they offered them in Petite, I exchanged my Regulars for Petite and now I'm a happy girl!     • Low rise in the back and back seam very noticeable on your bum.

They are a comfortable fit. They are a bit long for someone who is 5’6”. I have to roll them up so I don’t step on them. I’m not sure if these are supposed to be a lower rise jean. They don’t come up as high as other jeans in the back. They hit at the normal mid waist line in the front. I am so glad I bought these! I'm plus size and 6' tall so it's hard to find jeans. These have hidden elastic in the waistband so I won't have a belt digging in. They hit at my natural waist.
