Fit when we got them, stays fit wash after wash (doesn't get that after wash tighter fit), and stays fit through the day. Says he never has to pull these back up throughout the day. Doesn't "stretch out more" as they are worn, retains fit. Will definitely be buying more. This regular straight fit is now considerably my choice. I purchased a pair of Straight Fit Tapered leg which is more like Relaxed/Loose fit. If you want them to fit in the seat, hips, and crotch, this Regular Straight Fit is it. For comfortable casual wear the fabric is fine. If you want working, athletic, or something to last a long time, I would recommend the traditional heavy 100% cotton made in USA, at twice the price. The fit should be the same.
