I've been wearing Lee jeans for many years, and pleased with their products. I recently got a couple pairs of their "Extreme Motion" jeans, which are extremely comfortable but all their blue colors have an exteme top-to-bottom distress look about them which I generally hate and makes me want to wear them less, plus very undersized front pockets. I bought these "traditional style" jeans to hopefully make me happy about wearing Lee jeans again. They are nearly as comfortable to wear as the Extreme Motion ones, which is saying something, and have the deeper, more functional front pockets, so that's right too. What the Amazon pictures don't adequately convey (with side views of jeans on models) is that these jeans (in the "True Blue" color) are also artificially distressed all around the lap area in a "tiger stripe" pattern (see picture of brand-new jeans). I get that some people like this style, but wish that Lee would offer its "traditional" jeans the way they used to be, where I get to decide what kind of wear patterns (if any) I want to show off. I had to take advantage of that "try before you buy" option and return the jeans. ... show more

Jeans are a perfect fit for guys with larger thighs. Stretches just enough to be comfortable. Tapered at bottom to prevent bell bottoms. 🙂
