Waffle knit isn't as soft as I'd like, but not really rough, just a bit of an odd texture. Perfect thickness for Halloween outside, if baby-wearing in San Diego. It's probably ok if you double the socks and baby wears a hat, plus mom has a compatible sweater on top of the wrap, in cooler regions. Onesie shrank more vertically in the wash, and the waistband shrank, which worked in our favor (it fit our 8lb baby pretty well after washing). Plastic snaps: they seem sturdy and they click audibly which assures me that they're actually snapped. Overall, it worked great for our Kanga and Roo costume 😊🦘🎃👻

Cute and comfy outfit. I got the Waffle Coffee 0-3 month size and it fits well on my 1 month old who is 22 inches tall and maybe 9.5 lb now. Just note that the ribbed outfits fit slimmer than the waffle outfits. I had both in coffee color and the ribbed one was about 1 inch slimmer. Also the ribbed coffee color is much lighter and warmer.

My nieces are busy having babies this year! I bought a pink one of these for the first baby. It was so darned cute, I bought another pink one for the next baby and then a lilac one for the baby due soon. Then the first great niece outgrew hers so we bought a larger size in pale green! They’re absolutely adorable, warm, soft and perfect fit. My three nieces, their moms, have been delighted with them.
