I'm always looking for Halloween lights that can produce a true purple and a nice solid wash of color over a wall or garage door. These lights exceed my expectations. The color can easily be adjusted to match the exact purple of other lights I already have. To get full control over the lights, you need to download the free smartphone app. Otherwise, you still can control the lights via the included remote, but without the many unique display modes, RGB color tweaks, brightness setting and custom color pairings. It was easy to connect the lights to my home WiFi network, so they can be controlled or configured from a distance, and the lights instantly respond when controls on your phone are tapped. What's amazing is the true wash of the color across a wall. Absolutely no flicker from the lights (unless you desire one of the flashing display modes). Love it. The only quibble: The light bars can only be separated by up to 6 feet, as they are electrically tethered together. I'd have preferred a slightly longer distance, or simply separate lights. But they'll still work great in my setup. The included mounting hardware and screws are a plus. ... show more

These lights have great vibrant colors and cool effects. The light motion to music feature is cool and seems to work well. The downside to these lights is that the remote dosen't work 100 percent of the time.

The media could not be loaded. This 2-pack light set-up are wired together and can be placed about 6 ft apart. The remote controls them both so they sync up and shine the same light. The lights have metal casing supports. There are a variety of vivid colors that it display. You can have it on one color or cycle through colors. I tested them on a 12x10 area for a background and it performed great with strong, vivid colors. I also used it to fill a large 30'x40' space with color and managed to do so effectively. Only downside I could find is that as I was stretching the cord to plug it in, the plug adapter kept detaching from the wire. For some reason it is detachable. But once actually plugged in, it was fine. ... show more

    • Easy to use, bright wash light
The media could not be loaded. This is a Google Home and Alexa-ready multi-color wash light. It also includes a remote and works with Tuya's "Smart Life" app. There are seemingly endless colors to choose from, and many different color "animations". It also has its own built-in microphone to allow some sound control, but there are only 2 different sound-activated animations - both of which are VU level meters and are not very good. The remaining animations are all excellent. The colors are bright and vibrant. You can also create all of the various colors of white light so that you can use this as a "normal" light too. The lights themselves are joined together by a ~5-foot cord, and one includes a power adapter with an included "on/off" switch. The media could not be loaded. As a full time filmmaker I'm always looking for options on how to add production value without breaking the bank. These RGB LED lights are perfect for that. You have a remote control and they can be controlled via App (not tested) but most importantly for me they are flicker free for the camera.
