This Led sign produces spectacular results. It is extremely bright and I use it outdoors. It works well with jpegs as well as videos. I have used it at many events and get togethers and it is very novel and popular with guests. The software once you get used to it is quite intuitive to use and very comprehensive. Customer service is very responsive. The two times I interfaced with them I had my issues resolved within an hour. My most recent dilemma was I misplaced my USB and instructions and they emailed me downloads for both.

I purchased this for my food truck and it was the perfect size and easy to use and connect. the application that you download was simple to understand and was able to figure out how to type sentences in the program right away I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has a business or even personal use it's great the colors are really bright and colorful.

Warning – Potential Security Risk in Included Software The software provided with this product contains an embedded link to an external website offering additional program downloads. Our security system detected that the linked site is infected with a Trojan virus and blocked it before it could infect our computer. We immediately informed the merchant, but they claimed to be unaware of the issue. Recommendation: Do not connect this product to your network until the software is verified as safe. We are currently using it only in a standalone mode, uploading content via USB, to avoid any network-related risks. The hardware itself appears to be well-made. However, given the compromised software, we are not entirely confident in the security of the hardware either—so we avoid connecting it to our LAN.
