The box they came in from Amazon has a message inside the lid that they had been repackaged. Both shoes were in there but I do not think they are the correct size. Other reviews say they run small but these were Much larger than 11mens. The charging cable was missing and there were no instructions for use. Just a little card that said to immediately call them if anything was missing … except it didn’t sY who to contact! No phone number. No website. Not even the company name! I was baffled at how to even turn them on, happened to find the internal charging cord/switch on the heel strap. I charged them up (about 2 hours) and they lit up while charging. I was hoping this is what they were supposed to do. I assume that they shut off because they were full power? They do look amazing though when they are lit up. Was concerned they may not be bright enough but that is not the case. Great color and very bright!

These look really good when the lights are on. They’re simple to use and come with a charger that can charge both shoes at once which I thought was nice. They’re not that comfortable, but that was expected and didn’t bother me. You could probably just put inserts in them. The real issue is they only lasted about 3 hours. I didn’t expect to get 8 or 10 hours out of them, but 3 hours is not that long considering these are bought to go to events. My spouse and I both ordered a set and they lasted the same amount of time with both pairs dying right at the 3 hour mark. The shoes don’t look that great without the lights on, so if you’re ordering these for an event make sure it’s a short event. As far as size they run a little big. Shoes sizes differ depending on brands of course, but I ordered these 1/2 to 1 size smaller than what I normally buy and these still weren’t as snug as I thought they’d be. I’d say order at least one full size smaller than what you’re used to.
