This is not a very light mirror so I found that it did take 2 of us when it came time to install this on our bathroom wall. This did come with screws and anchors, but I opted for bigger screws because of how our bathroom wall is. I do suggest installing this mirror in studs mainly because of the weight of the mirror. The mirror itself arrived with no damage but I'm not surprised because of how secure it was in the box. There was foam completely covering the mirror and even on top. The mirror works great. There are 3 different light settings and I found that even if I use a certain light at night, I notice I won't use that during the day. I wasn't sure about the defogging feature, I thought it was just going to defog a certain area but it practically does the whole mirror except for the edges, which I'm fine with that. I absolutely love this mirror and it's so easy to use. I just press the power button and the light comes on. If I press the light button, I can switch through the different light colors. You have the option of turning the defogger on or not but found that if you have it on, it will light up. If you don't, that button stays off. Not to mention, I just use regular glass cleaner to wipe it clean. Absolutely love this mirror and how it looks in my redecorated bathroom.

Packaged securely. Mirrors arrived flawless. Easy to install and the touch controls work fine. However, the defogger button in one of the mirrors doesn’t turn blue when off like it should but that’s not a big deal. Defogger does indeed work. Nice soft light with three settings. If light left on when switched off, the light will turn on again when switched on. Things to think about: it is not a thin mirror. I installed a recessed outlet behind the mirror so that the plug wouldn’t stick out behind the mirror. Design wise, the manufacturer should have used a flat plug. The LED light strip is wrapped around the case and provides a backlight to the mirror. The border around the mirror is frosted glass. It’s a good value for the money and it gives the bathroom a nice ambience. Happy with my purchase.

I purchased mirror in January 2021, March 28th 2022 mirror only flickers and goes off. Mirror is supposed to last around about 10 years give or take. I loved my mirror,looked great on the wall. And being able to adjust the lighting was a great feature. So disappointing to have the mirror for a little over a year and it stopped working. Now my husband are trying to find another plug in lighted mirror or light to replace it.

I love this mirror. The directions explained hardwiring instead of plugging in and the defogger needs to be turned on before you get in the shower since it takes time. This mirror was a great replacement in my Zen bathroom.

Its a very nice illuminated mirror, it does everything it states. Unfortunately it has strong backlit illumination as well as front - hence, the rear illumination shows every mark and defect in the surrounding wall surface. Doesn't work for me and unfortunately I disposed of the packaging when the bathroom remodel was delayed.

If you leave the power on to the mirror at all times, you can power it off using the button, and it will remember the brightness/color/anti-fog settings. But if you wire this hokey thing to the wall, like all of their product images show, by removing the plug according to their instructions, the mirror will always reset every time you turn the light off. No big deal if you always wanted it to be yellow light at 100% with the anti-fog turned on. But if you were thinking you could get whiter light, get it a bit dimmer, or not have anti-fog turned on, and have this thing wired to your wall switch, THINK AGAIN. Like everything else on Amazon these days, this is cheap crap where they give no thought whatsoever to how it will be actually used by the consumer. They go 99% of the way to a decent product, but the 1% they leave out makes the product a useless piece of garbage. The seller will harass you daily about your reviews, and will offer you refunds.
