This tray looks great, especially if you own other pieces of le Creuset in the Marseilles blue. The tray is a great size for serving corn, or grilled veggies, or sliced meats. I was afraid that the cut outs by the handles would make the tray too shallow, and would cause the tray to spill meat juices when used as a serving tray. It's close, but so far so good. WOW these are expensive but worth every penny. This platter is beautiful and makes anything you put on it GORGEOUS. I thought it would spill the juices because of the handles but no. There is a small dip in the middle to prevent the juices from pouring out. It has everything you want in a substantial platter. I want more le creuset but I'd have to take it a loan.
